Dinner, the enemy losing weight?

Most diets support the theory that dinner would prevent weight loss.
Related to dinner, the best would be to your mind some rules to help you turn dinner intoan ally in the diet.

Avoid eating carbohydrates at dinner.
Carbohydrates are extremely important because it provides your body more than 50% of daily energy needs, and such property is a real help in terms of work days exceeding 8 hours, when no strong dose of caffeine you can not maintain attention andconcentration to optimal levels. Carbohydrates, however, presents the disadvantage that, when present in excess in the body turns to fat.

Avoid evening.
Sugar products: sweets, potatoes, pasta, rice and bread, whether the latter have the capacity to be integrated or not. Do not get fat if you eat white rice over night and less if you choose to eat whole rice. There is a difference, really, but this is seen in terms ofhealth benefits that make them whole grains.
