Walking :)

For those who do not have time to go to the gym, or not where and when to do jogging,they propose a complete physical exercise: walking! Physical activity is accessible to all, requires no investment and no risk involved.

It should be noted that walking puts into action a large number of muscles, allows the body to oxygen and to relax, releasing stress. While walking you meditate, you think you can find new solutions to unresolved issues, etc.. Walking accompanied by anotherperson is an excellent means of communication.
