The Mayo Diet

Mayo Diet, developed and applied in Mayo Clinic weight loss, I promise you will lose weight quickly if you follow strictly the proposed menu, during the 13 days.
You lose 10 kg if you follow the program:
Day 1Breakfast: A tea or black coffee without sugarLunch: 400 grams of cooked spinach, 2 boiled eggs and redDinner: Roast beef (200 grams) and lettuce with olive oil and lemon
Day 2Breakfast: A unsweetened tea or black coffee, a biscuitLunch: Ham (250 grams) and natural yoghurtDinner: Roast beef (200 grams) and lettuce with olive oil and lemon
On this day you can reverse lunch with dinner if you prefer.
