Tonifying your arms fast!

Summer came, would you like to wear sleeveless shirts, but your arms do not allow it.Make them look good, appealing to the box. Boxing helps you get rid of negativeenergies, and to relax.

Here's an exercise that can be practiced in front of the mirror.

Spread your feet at the shoulders, relax your knees and let your weight in them.

Get your your arms on guard in front in the battle position.

Raise your elbow above the shoulder, and hit, turning up with all the torso, becomingfaster.

Move your legs to the side that hit.
