Lose weight fast eating fruits

Fruit diet, which lasts three days, will show you that you can loose 2 pounds quickly.

The first day of this rapid weight loss diets:

When you serve breakfast: a banana and a well-boiled egg.
In the afternoon enjoy salad, a tuna sandwich, 1 apple and a glass of milk.
Dinner will consist of one serving of grilled meat, mashed potatoes, some fresh carrots and a yogurt with fruit for dessert.

The next day

Breakfast consists of: a boiled egg and cheese sandwich, a grapefruit and a glass of nonfat milk.
Lunch will be: a brown bread sandwich, carrot salad and a peach compote.
At dinner you can eat: baked potato with vegetables and some cheese, 1 apple and a glass of milk.

Third Day

Mass in the morning: 1 cup berries (fresh), 1 slice of cheese and a cup of milk
Lunch will be: scrambled egg with vegetables, some cheese diet and half a grapefruit.
Dinner this weight loss diet will be rich enough: half chicken, broccoli, leeks, and fresh fruit.
Snacks between meals are allowed, but must be only one fruit: apricot, kiwi, apple, red or yellow watermelon slice only a handful of cherries, berries, or strawberries.

Every day you have to at least 2 liters of water!
