A diet with... apples!

Besides reduce waist circumference and abdomen, apple diet is recommended for detoxification.

Here's what to do:

First day:
Breakfast: Apples.
Lunch: Apples.
Dinner: Apples.

Warning! Drink at least two liters of water per day!

Next day:
Breakfast: Apples.
Lunch: Green salad with lemon or vinegar, cheese, cottage, a little salt, two liters of water per day.
Dinner: Apples.

The third day:
Breakfast: A slice of bread, a slice of ham and an apple
Lunch: A big green salad with carrots and onions.
Dinner: Apples

Fourth day:
Breakfast: A slice of bread with a slice of ham and an apple.
Lunch: salad of cooked vegetables, no potatoes, natural tone with lemon.
Dinner: Cereal with skim milk.

Fifth day:
Breakfast: An apple, a fried egg, a slice of bread.
Lunch: A salad of raw vegetables, meat in the oven.
Dinner: Apples.
