The Japanese are known for discipline in the diet. Japan is the country with fewer people overweight worldwide.
That is the food plan of the three days:
Day 1, also called on rice.
Boil 250 grams of rice to simmer for 20 minutes. Once cooled, add a few drops of lemon juice or grated 1 March. The first day is divided into the prepared rice portions and not eat any other food.
Day 2 is on the fish.
They eat only boiled or grilled, without any addition. Do not exceed the amount of 500 g of fish throughout the day.
Day 3, again on rice.
It follows the same diet as the first day.
During the diet you have to drink allot of liquids (water and tea) !
