Take advantage of cherries season !

Cherries are great for protecting the hill, and to lower blood cholesterol levels.

This fruit contains quercetin, a flavonoid with anti-cancer action.

Cherries contain 90% water, vitamins A, B2, C, calcium and magnesium, organic acids, pectin, salts of iron, phosphorus, chlorine, sulfur. They also contain ellagic acid, a substancecancer. In addition, the content of potassium diuretic properties, stimulates digestion andfiber.

Cherries are rich in pectin, a soluble fiber that lowers bad cholesterol, help prevent heart disease.
