The program:
Day 1: at least 2 liters of mineral water and tea (no juice, mineral water)
Day 2: boiled rice with vegetables (without salt, oil or other ones)
Day 3: spaghetti with ketch-up (no oil, salt or other ones)
Day 4: maximum 2 kg apples (not sweet)
Day 5: cooked vegetables (no potatoes)
Day 6: Maximum 1 / 2 kg boiled potatoes (no salt, oil, yogurt or other ones)
Day 7: a chicken breast cooked
