Strawberry diet

It's strawberries season, so we propose a simple diet, with which you will lose 3-4 kg a week.

Low in calories but high in vitamin C, are ideal for removing toxins and excess cholesterol from the body. In addition, strawberries are ripe and a laxative.

One hundred grams of grams of strawberries has only 32 calories!

Monday
